7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. 7.4 Promotional Changes. live88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Bonuses already credited to an Account at the time of a promotional change will be honoured subject to the original terms under which they were awarded.
8.1 Finality of Wagers. All Wagers placed by the User via the Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. live88 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed Wagers except where a manifest error has occurred as defined in Clause 8.4.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each Game and betting market on the Platform is subject to specific minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of placing the Wager. These limits may differ by account tier, game type, and live versus pre-match markets.
8.3 System Malfunction. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or communications failure during the placement or settlement of a Wager, live88 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the User's Account Balance. 8.4 Manifest Errors. If a price, payout, or other material term of a Wager is clearly incorrect (a "Manifest Error") as a result of human error, technical fault, or data feed error, live88 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake, regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled. The Company's decision on whether a Manifest Error has occurred is final and binding.
8.5 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting markets on live88 — including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. In the case of event postponement, abandonment, or force majeure, rules specific to the relevant sport will apply.

12.2 Termination by the User. A User may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to support@live88.cam. 12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, the User's licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, live88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform or this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
